January School Holiday Workshops - Lots of fun activities for the young and young at heart. Adults are welcome to join at children's prices. Monday 22nd to Thursday 25th. Class details are available on the School Programs page. Book on 9587 9100.

Classes for term 1, 2006 at being formulated at the moment so stay tuned to this page or check in store. Card Making classes will recommence in early February and Open Scrapbooking January dates are Friday 19th and Thursday 25th both at 7.30pm.

There are limited vacancies in all the Pottery and Mosaic Classes for term 1, except for Tuesday and Wednesday nights which is fully booked. Book on 9587 9100.

PhotoShop Workshop. This is a four week course in which Ro Bruhn will teach you how to make the most of your digital images using the popular Photoshop software. In week 1 you will be introduced to Toolbars, scanning and general cleaning. Week 2 covers filters with colour and polarization. Week 3 is cloning, editing, deleting and replacing. Week 4 teaches you how to write text over images. Spaces are limited to six. Cost is $250 and the course runs from 7pm to 10pm on the 12th February through to the 5th March. (Printer facilities available at an extra cost)

SCRAPBOOKING (Mentone) We have a Scrapbooking classes to suit you.

Mother and Daughter and Beginners Scrapbooking with Noelene. On the second Friday of the month we have Mother Daughter Scrapbooking classes at 7.30 till 9.30pm. These nights are a great opportunity for the ladies of the family to get out and have some fun while they share their craft. We will be experimenting with lots of different techniques. Children must be of school age: 10 to 18 years. Cost is $25.00 for both which includes some papers. By request we are opening up our M/D Scrapbooking classes to beginners who want to learn the basic of Scrapbooking before moving on to our Open Scrapbooking class. Cost per individual is $15.00 which includes some papers. Recommence on Friday 9th February.

Open Scrapbooking with Cheryl classes are on the third and fourth Fridays and fourth Thursday in the month. Cost is $14.00. Recommence on Friday 19th January.

STOP THE PRESS!! Bonus long weekend Scrap night, Friday 9th March. The class has been extended till midnight at the same cost of $14. That gives you 4.5 hours of scrapping madness.

All Day Scraps with Cheryl. Scrap all day with expert advice on hand to help with special layouts. Cost is $20.00 which includes use of all cutting systems, punches, pens & glues. Morning and afternoon teas are provided, BYO lunch. Saturday 31st March 9.30am to 5.00pm.

ATC Group (Mentone). Our small (but growing!!) group of ATC (Artist Trading Card) enthusiasts is meeting on the 1st Thursday of each month, at 7.30pm. ATCs are basically swap cards for big kids/grown ups who love playing with paper/embellishments etc. There is no commitment to come every month. Come in and have a chat and a look at our many samples. Warning: you may get hooked! Cost: $10.00. Bookings are essential. Recommences Thursday 1st February 7.30pm.

New class - Altered Books (Mentone) An Altered Book can be anything you want it to be e.g. journal, visual diary, family photos, travel diary, recipe book or just somewhere to stick all those pictures and clippings one gathers over the years but doesn't want to through away. You can make your own Altered Book in this all day workshop. Come and give it a try and let your creativity flow - it's hassle free art - there are NO rules. New Class - Mini Hand Bound Album (Mentone). Cheryl will be taking this class in which you have the opportunity to make your own hand-bound mini album!! Exquisite gift that is small enough to carry in your handbag. Three designs to choose from - wedding, masculine and feminine. Cost $85.00, lunch included. Term 1 dates to be confirmed.

CARD MAKING (Mentone) This term we have a number of card making classes available, with a time that's bound to suit you. It's all about Christmas this term, and it's not too early to get started on your Christmas card making. All classes cost $25:00 includes all materials glues and munchies unless otherwise stated. Students 12 years and over $15:00. Examples of the cards to be made will be on display in store and below. Term 1 Timetable

It's in Black and White		The stark contrast between black and white make these cards outstanding. We will use stamps, prints, ribbons, punches, embellishments and a tiny splash of colour to produce this attractive set of cards. Instructor: Noelene Example
